NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to homeowners in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas or Henderson, Nevada, 18 or older, who own the home at the address entered.

Not eligible: licensed real estate agents of any brokerage; employees, contractors and principals of The McDuffie Group and of Rescue Maintenance; and the immediate family members and household members of any of the foregoing.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries open September 1, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 5, 2026. Entries submitted outside that window will not be accepted. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Complete the entry form at events.sandeesellsvegas.com/fallgive2026 with your name, email address, mobile number and the address of the home you own, and accept these rules.

Bonus entry. Completing all of the optional questions about your home earns one additional entry, for a maximum of two entries per household. The optional questions are not required to enter and answering them is not a condition of eligibility.

Limit one household. One household may receive a maximum of two entries in total, regardless of how many people at that address enter. Duplicate submissions from the same property address or email address will not create additional entries.

Entries generated by script, bot or any automated means, and entries submitted through any method other than the official entry form, will be disqualified.

6. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of up to $1,000 in value of home maintenance services performed at the winner's residence by Rescue Maintenance.

The winner selects services from the menu published on the entry page. Approximate retail value: $1,000.

Prices shown on the entry page are starting points and vary with the size and condition of the home. The final package is determined in consultation between the winner, The McDuffie Group and Rescue Maintenance following the drawing. Sponsor will contact the winner to build the package together.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about October 6, 2026. The drawing will be conducted using a random selection method and broadcast live on Facebook. If the broadcast fails for any reason, the drawing will still take place and will be recorded.

The winner will be notified by phone and email at the contact information provided with their entry, within two (2) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) business days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may verify a winner's eligibility before announcing them publicly, including confirming property ownership and real estate licensure status. Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial pending completion of that verification.

9. PUBLICITY

By entering, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name, likeness, photograph, video and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner may be asked to sign a separate publicity release before the prize is delivered.

10. SERVICES AND LIABILITY

Services are performed by Rescue Maintenance, an independent contractor, and not by Sponsor. Rescue Maintenance is solely responsible for the quality, workmanship, scheduling and completion of the services.

By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor, Keller Williams Las Vegas and their respective officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising from or relating to the provision of the services, including property damage, personal injury and loss, and from participation in this promotion generally.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or not received for any reason, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

By entering, you consent to be contacted by The McDuffie Group and by Rescue Maintenance by email and text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

The McDuffie Group and Rescue Maintenance are separate companies. Your name, contact details and property address are shared with Rescue Maintenance for the purpose of fulfilling the prize and any promotional offer, and Rescue Maintenance may contact you directly about that fulfilment.

Information collected through this promotion is used by Sponsor for its own marketing and client relationship purposes and is not sold. All entrants may receive a promotional offer from Rescue Maintenance following the drawing.

12. GENERAL

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion if it becomes technically corrupted, compromised by fraud, or otherwise incapable of running as planned, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

For the name of the winner, send a written request to admin@themcduffiegroup.com within thirty (30) days of the drawing.
